Meet the Directors
Following her academic studies in Marketing and Advertising Klara’s career has afforded her the opportunity of working in Marketing both agency and client side. So whether a budget is big or small Klara knows how to deliver positive outcomes within that. Having worked with a range of clients in different sectors and countries, there’s not much her creativity can’t tackle. Her understanding covers not only PR, Content Marketing and Research but also extensive experience in Online Marketing. As a seasoned Account Manager for a number of years understanding a client’s requirements and building a close working relationship with them is one of her key skills. Having moved to the UK over ten years ago there is only a hint of her Swedish accent that remains but her working approach hales from that wonderful mix of the Scandi ethos of balancing the practical, functional with great designs.
Mel has spent the last 19 years working for large organisations in a range of diverse client facing roles spanning Publishing, working for Marketing and Campaign magazines in advertising sales, Recruitment Consultancy, and then for more than a decade for a FTSE 250 Design and Engineering Consultancy. She has gained expertise in Employer Branding, Project and Events Management, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, and oversaw projects covering a wide range of marketing topics from brochure design and content creation to integrating social media as a recruitment stream. Mel prides herself on looking for pragmatic solutions to creative problems and with many years of experience in commercial roles she understands the fine balance of achieving great results within budget and to time.
